Clinical Application Specialist

 

Position Summary: 
This role provides technical assistance to the customers relating to the company’s products, processes
and services portfolio as well as supports customers and business team as needed.

Responsibilities: 

•  Take a proactive role as technical interact with customer and suppliers

•  Educate customers on product applications as well as other related technical knowledge

•  Update the management team on technical issues/projects within customers projects

•  Provide specific technical training to customers and internal employees as assigned

•  Attend and participate in tradeshows, conferences and seminars

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in a technical field Bio Medical, Radiological, Medical Technology or any related fields

• 1-2 years experience in technical support is preferred (new graduate student is welcome)

• Proactive, competitive, presentation, problem solving, communication, analytical, prioritization, detail oriented, technical, personal accountability.

• Ability to comprehend technical information.

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with others and manage relationships.

• Ability to identify client needs and make appropriate recommendations.

• Excellent English language skills (written/oral)
